By accessing or using ytOpen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

ytOpen provides a link management tool that allows users to create, shorten, and track links. The Service includes a dashboard with analytics, email collection, and reporting features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service.

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Distribute spam, malware, or any malicious content through links created with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Misrepresent the destination of any link created through the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

You are solely responsible for the links you create and any content associated with them. We do not monitor, review, or endorse the content of links created through the Service. We reserve the right to remove any link or suspend any account that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or its users.

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features available to you depend on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to change pricing and plan features at any time with reasonable notice. Payments for paid plans are processed through third-party payment providers, and we do not store your payment card information.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
